To understand better, please read our following policies concerning returns, refunds, shipping and delivery time. 

Terms & Conditions

The use of this site is governed by our site policies. Your usage of eventslead.com indicates your acceptance of our polices, and agreed by:

Guangzhou Eventslead Trading Co., Limited, principal office located at 2nd floor, No. 1 Xingye Building, Lilv road, Dashi Town, Panyu District., Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China (“Events Lead”, “Events Lead - Wedding & Events Supplies”, “we”, “us” and “our”), and you (“Customers”, “Buyers”, “you”, or “your”). 

 

Guangzhou Eventslead Trading Co., Limited reserves the right to make changes to this website and the terms and conditions at any time.

 

By ordering at www.eventslead.com you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and review emails. We may contact you about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe any time by selecting the unsubscribe button on your newsletter, or by emailing us at sales@eventslead.com .

 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to apply for a return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and send photographs of the item to sales@eventslead.com as proof to apply for a return. Events Lead will process your return application in 3-5 working days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item must be returned and delivered to Events Lead's pick up address. We are not responsible for picking up your item from a shipping port (airport, seaport) or otherwise, nor responsible for any related customs clearance. 


Events Lead will coordinate with you on the return process when you apply to return an item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you within 7 working days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a partial or full refund to you. A refund will be issued to your payment/bank account (same as your order's payment account) or as in-store credit on your next purchase depending on your preference.

Shipping

Your purchase order to www.eventslead.com indicates acceptance of our default international trade term as Ex Works (EXW).

We don’t take responsibility for shipping our items. Shipping is under customer's responsibility, and handled by a shipping company of your choosing.

EVENTS LEAD can only accept customers to collect orders at Guangzhou Eventslead Trading Co., Limited pick up address. Customers shall appoint shipping agent to collect and ship to destination. You can contact sales@eventslead.com for shipping assistance, Events Lead can assist you by recommending a shipping company. Any shipping concerns that you have after placing your order, such as pricing, delivery time and other shipping concerns must be communicated directly with the shipping company that shipped your item to you.


Events Lead may forward correspondence from a shipping company to you (or vice versa), in order to communicate pricing and delivery times only. If you choose so, shipping price can be paid to Events Lead after the confirmation of your order, and it will be forwarded by us to your shipping company immediately.

All pricing on www.eventslead.com are item cost only, do not included any other costs such as shipping cost, customs clearance cost and tax . We ensure every order in good condition before dispatching from EVENTS LEAD's pick up address, customers shall aware that any damage caused by third-party transportation, EVENTS LEAD will not be accountable for any damage fee and responsibilities due to transportation.

Customers who do not provide delivery address and contact information correctly when placing orders, causing any additional shipping cost will be paid by customers. In any replacing case approved by Events Lead, Guangzhou Eventslead Trading Co., Limited will only replace orders to the same delivery address which provided by customers in the purchasing orders .

Certain factors such as item's weight and packaging size that might affect shipping cost, please aware that all product and packaging info provided on www.eventslead.com are for customers reference only. Actual weight and packaging size will change according to the actual packing. Guangzhou Eventslead Trading Co., Limited reserves the right to change and upgrade our packaging, and to adjust the packaging according to the purchasing orders.

Delivery Time

The processing and leading time stated on www.eventslead.com are for reference only.  Please also note that any public holidays or peak season will affect the dispatch time line and you should allow extra dispatch and shipping time. EVENTS LEAD will not be accountable for delays due to public holidays or peak season. Guangzhou Eventslead Trading Co., Limited will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Please ensure you allow adequate time for delivery of your order. Our production leading time is advertised on each product description page, please note that these are production time only and do not take into account dispatch and delivery time. Delivery time will vary depending on your shipping method and location.

As we special produce items for you, after we received your payments, all orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If there’s wrong order items, please contact sales@eventslead.com within 24 hours after you placed order, Events Lead will only accept adjust items but does not accept refund payment.

In one order that you chose multiple items, your whole order will ship in full once the items are completely ready. If customers place multiple orders at the same time, please contact sales@eventslead.com to indicate whether you need the orders to be arranged shipping together or separately.

 

All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made through email that you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our terms and policies pages.
